Life can feel overwhelming. Solace Counselling offers a warm, confidential space where you can work through what's holding you back — at your own pace, without judgement.

Reaching out for support is one of the most courageous things a person can do. At Solace, Kate offers a respectful, non-judgmental approach to counselling — viewing every client holistically as a unique individual with the potential for growth and possibilities.
Whether you're navigating grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck — meaningful change is possible. The counselling relationship exists for your best interests, and all sessions are strictly confidential.
Sessions are available in-person at Yaletown (Vancouver) and Deep Cove (North Vancouver), with virtual counselling available throughout Metro Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and across British Columbia.
